DMN @ SIGGRAPH 07 ? Get animating with Blender! By David Basulto

Ok no more excuses. If you ever wanted to get into or at least try it to see if you enjoy keyframes now is the time. Blender is an open source animation and modeling application that looks great and best of all its free.

With Blender?s 3D Suite you can model, shade, animate, render and composite 3D images. Blender works with Mac, PC, and Linux. Their site contains tutorials and a good gallery to see what others have created.

At SIGGRAPH I spoke with Blender?s Roland Hess about the application. Enjoy.
