Spurs NBA Finals Tickets: Ticket Down Slashes 2014 San Antonio Spurs vs. Miami Heat NBA Playoff Tickets

New York, NY (PRWEB) June 01, 2014

Ticket Down is a reliable source for cheap 2014 San Antonio Spurs and Miami Heat NBA Finals tickets. After defeating the Oklahoma City Thunder, the San Antonio Spurs clinched their spot in the National Basketball Association Finals where they will meet the Miami Heat for the second straight season. In the first three seasons of the Big 3 in Miami, these two teams have met twice before in the NBA Finals, with the Spurs winning the title four years ago and the Heat winning the title last season. The Spurs will be looking to win their fifth NBA championship since 1999 and the Heat will be looking for the three-peat and their fourth overall title.

The Heat finished the regular season with the second best record in the Eastern Conference. They finished atop the Southeast Division with a 54-28 record, finishing 10 games ahead of the Washington Wizards. To advance the to the NBA Finals, the Heat swept the Charlotte Bobcats in the first round and then needed just five games to advance past the Brooklyn Nets. In the Conference Finals, the Heat faced a stiffer test from the top-seeded Indiana Pacers, but they finished out the series in six games.

San Antonio completed the 2013-14 regular season with the best record in the league at 62-20. They were the top seed in the Western Conference and after barely advancing past the Dallas Mavericks in the opening round, seemed to find their groove as the rest of the conference playoffs continued. They beat the Portland Trail Blazers in five games and then knocked off the Thunder in six games, including an overtime clincher.

Miami was led throughout the regular season and the playoffs by LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and Ray Allen. James led the team in scoring at 27.1 points per game, 6.9 rebounds per game, and 6.4 assists per game. In the postseason, James also put together a 27.1 ppg tally through the first three series and the team has also gotten great production from players like Rashard Lewis, Norris Cole and Mario Chalmers.

As always, the Spurs were led by their own Big 3, Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili. During the regular season, Parker led the team in scoring at 16.7 ppg and assists at 5.7 per game, while Duncan added 9.7 rebounds per game. In the postseason, the Spurs also got great production from Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green.
