SEC Championship and Other Conference Championship Ticket Prices: Find College Football Tickets at Ticket Monster(December 05, 2013)
(PRWEB) December 05, 2013
The college football regular season is over, and that can only mean one thing: conference championships are around the corner. This weekend will bring an exciting array of conference championships, from the #1 team in the BCS playing in the ACC championship, the #2 team playing in the Big Ten, and so on and so forth. The following is a list of the biggest conference championships and the matchups that will occur:
ACC: #1 Florida State vs #20 Duke - Saturday, 8 p.m.
Big Ten: #2 Ohio State vs #10 Michigan State Saturday, 8 p.m.
SEC: #3 Auburn vs #5 Missouri Saturday, 4 p.m.
PAC-12: #7 Stanford vs #11 Arizona State Saturday 7:45 p.m.
Now, these matchups are some of the biggest of the year. Florida State will most likely beat Duke and remain number 1 in the polls to get themselves a big to the BCS National Championship, but the number 2 spot may still be up for grabs. Michigan State is ready to give Ohio State a run for their money and show them what its like to play a real team. The SEC Championship is going to be a craze, especially after last weeks Alabama upset by Auburn. Will Auburn be running on their hype from last week, or will they get arrogant and let Missouri take the reigns? If Auburn does win the SEC, there should be no way they dont jump Ohio State in the rankings. Missouri is a great team this year, and Auburn will have proved themselves time and time again.
Tickets to experience all this college football madness will not be inexpensive or easy to find. The BCS National Championship tickets are going up every day, especially since division winners were decided.
Immediately after Auburn took down Alabama, the SEC championship game ticket went up $84. A pass into this top ten matchup will now cost fans about $246 at the least! This thrilling SEC game will be played in the Georgia Dome and will be aired on CBS at 4:00 p.m.
Ever since the Big Ten conference championship teams have been decided, tickets have not stopped rising. Just in the past few days, tickets to this big game have gone up 21%. A ticket to get into one of the best conference title games this year will cost fans nearly $274. Ticket prices may have gone up so much, due to the fact that Ohio State now has a great chance on playing in the BCS National Championship. Last year, the Buckeyes were undefeated, but ineligible to play in any bowl game. Michigan State has all eyes on them, as they can cause great upset in the Ohio State area this weekend.
Unlike the other conference championships, the PAC-12 championship game will be played on Arizona States field, rather than a neutral location. This may affect prices compared to other championship games, that and the fact that there is no BCS title at stake. The winner to this game, however, will earn an automatic berth to the Rose Bowl game. Currently, tickets to see Stanford at Arizona State can be found for a low price of $52 and are available at http://www.Ticketmonster.com.
The cost of the ACC championship game this year is 56% higher than it was last year. This just may be due to the fact that Florida State is the number one team in the country and will 99.99% be going to the national championship game. Fans are going to take any chance they can get to see this team murder their opponents. The ACC ticket price is not as high as the SEC, however, as it will only cost about $74. FSU tickets can be found at Ticket Monster any time up until the game. Find all college football conference championship tickets at Ticket Monster, and get a chance to see these teams make history.
