The event features two keynote speakers with impressive credentials. Day one keynote is Peter Cappelli, George W. The day two keynote, reprising his well-received appearance at the spring recruiting trends conference, is Dr. John Sullivan, Silicon Valley HR thought leader and Professor of Management at San Francisco University.
The conference will also include talent acquisition leaders from Microsoft, Pandora, Time Warner Cable, Bloomberg BNA, Office Depot, Riot Games, JWT, and Cognizant, among other organizations. Speakers will share best practices, case studies and innovative strategies for the hiring process. The event also features focused workshops and engaging peer-to-peer discussions, giving attendees opportunities to network and exchange ideas.
The event offers recruiters plenty of inspiration, but it really goes beyond that," says RD Whitney, Executive Director of Recruiting Trends. "Recruiters leave with valuable contacts to other hiring pros and practical strategies that they can implement from the moment they leave the conference - strategies that help them target talent more effectively."
