Reading Eggs Launches New Eggy Phonics App Series

Reading Eggs has launched its new Eggy Phonics series of apps for the iPad. With 3 apps in the series, Eggy Phonics is designed to make phonics a fun, motivational and multisensory experience for children aged 3+.

Each Eggy Phonics app features five highly intuitive hands-on games where children use the tap and touch and drag interactivity of the iPad to arrange letters, match words with pictures and trace and write letters, teaching them a range of fundamental early reading skills.

With engaging visuals and animation, fun music and playful sound effects, the Eggy Phonics series of apps provide a fun and motivational learning experience for young children. The apps include a range of rewards that children earn by successfully completing activities, including a special bonus game.

Eggy Phonics 1 teaches children 100 short vowel words. Eggy Phonics 2 teaches children 100 long vowel words. Eggy Phonics 3 teaches children 100 harder and longer essential phonic words.
