ReBath Northeast to Publish Quarterly Newsletter

While many companies are moving toward mostly digital communication with customers, ReBath Northeast has decided to try an older method to reach a specific audience: their previous bathroom remodeling customers. Beginning at the end of January, ReBath Northeast will be mailing a newsletter to all current and previous customers.

Owner of ReBath Northeast Rich Rome felt that a digital newsletter would not reach enough of their customers because of the demographic that they target.

Many of our current customers and past customers are older people who dont have email addresses, Rome said. Our company is always growing and changing and I think that we need a way to relay all of the company news to our customers.

The newsletter, called Rome on Homes, will be mailed out four times a year. It will be filled with company news, general remodeling stories, photos, a trivia question and occasionally special offers.

The first edition of Rome on Homes includes several company news stories including a story about the interactive Design Center that opened in Forty Fort this past year, an announcement of a soon to be sister company and a wrap up of ReBath Northeasts contributions to the cancer foundation Think Pink, based in Mountain Top. Since the newsletter comes out only four times a year, readers can look forward to at least one company news story each time.

Other articles in the newsletter will include interesting general remodeling stories or tips. The first edition includes a story about why people will be drawn a particular color in 2013. Other topics in this section may include tips on choosing the right color to paint your house, how to choose the best windows or how to make your home more heat efficient.

Many years ago, ReBath Northeast sent out a monthly newsletter that was created for them by another company. As new technology came along and most newsletters switched over to e-newsletters, the company that ReBath Northeast used went out of business. Having had experience sending out a company newsletter previously, the staff at ReBath Northeast learned that people not only want to read quality stories but they also enjoy games and trivia questions.

Because of how popular the trivia question was in the old newsletter, Rome thought it would be a great idea to include in the new newsletter. In each edition, there will be a trivia question with four possible answers. Anyone who thinks they know the answer to the trivia question can call or email with the answer by a particular date and if they have the answer correct, they will be entered to win a $50 Home Depot gift card.

To many people in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area, the name Rome on Homes makes perfect sense because Romes company began as a home building and remodeling business, before the company decided to focus on ReBath. Though the name does represent the roots of Rome Enterprises, it also is a little sneak peak at what the future holds for the company.

We wont be building or flipping houses again, Rome said, but the company will be expanding into other areas this year and I wanted the name of the newsletter to reflect that and grow with the company.

The first edition of Rome on Homes will be mailed out to previous customers the last week in January.
