NYC Event Permits Company Recently Coordinated All Program Elements for Xbox One Promotional Event in New York City(January 09, 2014)
New York City, NY (PRWEB) January 09, 2014
EventPermits, a company that secures special event permits for agencies across the country, recently secured all necessary permits, an appropriate location space, and coordinated event elements for agency GMR Marketing for an Xbox One promotional event that took place on November 14, 2013 in New York City.
The event promoted the new Xbox One all-in-one home entertainment and gaming console ahead of its release on November 22 and featured a custom-built Chevy Suburban SUV wrapped in Xbox One decals. The SUV featured a custom awning and slide-out system containing 6 32-inch televisions allowing visitors to play the Forza MotorSport 5 game.
The SUV required a space of 15 feet by 20 feet. EventPermits secured and coordinated the location of the event where the promotional vehicle was parked on LaGuardia Place between Washington Square South and West 3rd Street. The location was among NYU academic buildings to draw a young crowd interested in gaming.
EventPermits secured the parking permit, generator permit and an amplified sound permit for the SUVs built in PA and sound system. In addition, EventPermits coordinated security and a barricade which were both provided by All Saints Management.
We worked with GMR Marketing to create a successful event for Microsoft and Xbox, said Special Events Manager Stella Fitzpatrick. The location we secured was vital to the success because it drew in young college students who love to play video games.
EventPermits cuts through the red tape of the special event process, working as a behind-the-scenes support team, exclusively with, and on behalf of their advertising, public relations and event marketing agency clients, in order to secure prime locations and the necessary permits for successful special events from coast to coast. Based in Hoboken, New Jersey and the New York City metro area, EventPermits also has fully staffed offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, New Orleans, San Francisco and Toronto.
