Morf Media Inc., Hires UCLA Computer Scientist Jason Jolley to Develop Highly Immersive Simulations for Enterprise Training

Palo Alto, CA (PRWEB) March 10, 2014

Jason Jolley, a UCLA computer scientist with 12 years of experience in building apps, games and websites, has joined the mobile simulation training for Enterprises start-up Morf Media. He will be helping to develop a scalable platform with a market leading simulation based user interface and analytics engine. The simulations engage employees by mimicking real-life situations to enable learning through practice.

I create technology solutions that allow businesses, organizations, and individuals to increase profits and deliver value to their end consumers, explains Jolley. Previously, Jolley has created solutions for prestigious companies such as Boeing and Toshiba, along with many smaller companies and startups. This experience, along with colleague and #1 rated gamification guru Yu-Kai Chou, will help him to develop robust back-end software for Morf Media.

Worldwide, only 13% of employees are engaged at work according to the management performance research company Gallup. Morf Media aims to address this issue, Roy Hanif, currently heading up Morf Medias operations in San Francisco, explains further:

The problem is very clear; employees at enterprises are forced to undertake continuous training during their busy jobs and most of the current training is very uninspiring, so they try to skip it or do the minimum amount to pass tests. That's why performance of companies is hampered and poor skills-retention and mistakes often cost companies millions of dollar as well as damage their brand value.

Jasons vast experience in back-end software architecture will help us to develop a platform with highly engaging simulation-based training. This will allow us to re-engage 87% of the workforce which costs $500 billion annually as a result of disengagement in the U.S

Jason Jolley is currently an enterprise-level web designer and software engineer where he designs social networking and commerce websites for businesses and individuals. He is also the Lead Game Designer for the game based start-up Burst2Flame Entertainment. Prior to this, Jason worked at Knowledge Relay which he created custom software to link disparate data systems. He graduated from UCLA in 2008.

Morf Media provides mobile, simulation training for enterprise. Its compelling 2D/3D intuitive environments improve employee engagement, thereby improving knowledge retention rates and corporate returns on investment (ROI) on training. Morf Media was named a Red Herring Top 100 award winner for innovation and 2012 European Accelerator Company by PwC. Located in San Francisco, California.
