MOSI Hosts Food Truck Madness, Featuring MythBusters After Dark(February 27, 2014)

MOSI is hosting a Food Truck Madness event, featuring MythBusters After Dark on Friday, Feb. 28, from 6 to 10 p.m. This event will be the first chance for Tampa-area residents and visitors to see MythBusters: The Explosive Exhibition at night.
Attendees will have the opportunity to try food from the area's coolest food trucks, including Disco Donuts, Lizziecakes, I WANNA WOK, Hott Mess, Rollin Zoinks Truck, Roaming Gourmand, Pasta Bowl Food Truck, Lucia's Gelato of Tampa Bay, Big J's Smokehouse and more. Guests can enjoy great games and music, and conquer MOSIs Sky Trail® Ropes Course and Zip Line in the dark. MOSIs standard exhibit galleries will be open, in addition to the blockbuster exhibition MythBusters: The Explosive Exhibition.
Can you dodge a paintball? Can you drive a car blindfolded? Does toast always tend to land butter-side down? Does running in the rain get you less wet than walking? At MythBusters: The Explosive Exhibition, MOSI guests become the myth buster. They test the myths and record their results to uncover the truth behind these and other burning questions. Then, they can enjoy a live myth busting stage show that will have their hearts and minds racing.
Admission to Food Truck Madness is free. Additional fees apply for MythBusters: The Explosive Exhibition and Sky Trail attractions. MOSI general exhibits will be available for only $5 that evening. Tickets to MythBusters: The Explosive Exhibition can be purchased in advance by calling 813-987-6000.
Tickets for MythBusters: The Explosive Exhibition are $24.95 for adults, $21.95 for seniors (60+), and $19.95 for children (2-12) and include admission to either MOSIs permanent exhibits or a documentary IMAX film. MOSI member tickets to MythBusters are $11.95 for adults and $9.95 for children (2-12).
