(December 10, 2013) to provide live coverage of Champions League draw

(PRWEB UK) 10 December 2013

Digital Sports Group today announced that its popular football news and rumour site will be reporting live on the Champions League draw in Nyon.

The Champions League is about to get very serious with the remaining 16 teams being drawn to do battle in the knockout stage of the tournament. Currently it looks like Chelsea and Manchester United have a good chance of finishing top of their respective groups with Arsenal having the tough task of likely needing to beat Napoli in Italy to progress in a seeded first spot. Man City will be content with finishing second in their group considering previous years difficulties with the group stage but will face the lottery of being drawn against Real Madrid, Barcelona or the reigning champions Bayern Munich.

The Champions League draw will be held in the picturesque municipality of Nyon, Switzerland on Monday 16th December at 12:00 CET and will be followed live by

Head of Operations at DSG, Matthew Tait had this to say, We have had an interesting couple of weeks with the Football bingo for sure! Wasnt too disappointed with the England draw from a supporter perspective and welcome England having to play at a high level immediately. Too often we have seen tame performances in the group stages of the World Cup, the best you can hope for is great entertaining games of footy, winning isnt going to be easy for anyone. We had a fantastic following over that draw, gave it some brilliant treatment and will be looking to approach the Champions League draw in the same vein.

Simon Boynton, Managing Director of DSG believes that will be the perfect place to get the up to the second updates on who Chelsea, Manchester United, Manchester City or Arsenal will face in the Round of 16 We have a great website and the best fans in with superb pundits and writers with broad experience to analyse the draw online. The European teams to watch out for include the reigning champions Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Barcelona but the Premier League teams have impressed this year in the tournament and anything can happen.
