Centenary Hosts Spring Open House, Athletic Reception(January 15, 2014)
Shreveport, LA (PRWEB) January 15, 2014
Centenary's Office of Admission will host an Open House for prospective students Saturday, January 25.
"The Office of Admissions Open House allows prospective students to explore how Centenary can meet their individual interests, said Nora Fradin, Admission Counselor. The various activities in our program will give participants not only practical information but also an understanding of the unique Centenary Experience and why our institution is one of a kind.
Following a campus tour and financial aid discussion, parents and students will join a learning panel overview on academic programs, internships, and collaborative research opportunities. Prospective Centenary students and family members will then be able to explore specific programs of interest during the Academic and Student Life Fair. The Open House will conclude off-campus at Rhino Coffee for refreshments and discussion with faculty, staff, and current students.
All students are also welcome to join Centenary for the Athletic Reception, Friday, January 24, in the Gold Dome during the Ladies and Gents basketball games. Participants are invited to a meet and greet with coaches anytime during the Ladies halftime through the Gents halftime. Complimentary tickets are available to all prospective students and their families attending the Open House on Saturday, January 25.
Centenary College is developing wise, caring, moral leaders who will help meet global challenges of the 21st century.
